Refund policy

Most of our clothing is custom made to order and I do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. I strongly encourage you to using the sizing charts when ordering. Please keep in mind the timeline when pre ordering and be sure to order accordingly to the projected timeline. 
When your order ships you will get a notification in your email, if it ships lettermail it can take up to 10-15 business days, I strongly suggest selecting tracked shipping so you know where and when it will arrive, it is out of my control once it leaves my hands. Please contact me for any questions prior to disputing a claim.
